The role emphasizes leadership, client service, risk management, and coordination with associates, with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, and knowledge of Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration and rent collection.
• Maintain property P&L and marketing per plan.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates toward goals.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate.
• Ensure compliance with landlord rules and regulations.
• Organize emergency evacuation plans.
• Maintain safety records and risk management.
