Avenue5 Residential in Henderson, NV seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations, rent collection, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a great experience for residents and owners.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of the resident lifecycle, and preferably a Real estate license and Yardi Voyager experience; strong MS Office skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.
• Oversee rent collection, posting, and daily deposits with accurate rent roll.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist in training staff on leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
