Avenue5 Residential in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, resident relations, rent processing, and leasing duties. You will help ensure smooth property operations, manage vendor contracts, generate monthly reports, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional service to residents and owners.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in property management, and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, and manage rent rolls.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and notices; track expiration dates and delinquencies.
• Assist with leasing, training staff, and marketing activities.
• Support resident relations and issue resolution.
