Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties and ensure excellent resident experiences in Las Vegas. You will manage leases, vendor relationships, and reporting while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or equivalent system knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and lease administration.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve goals.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
