Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Henderson, NV. You will assist the property manager with daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing contracts, preparing reports, handling rent and collections, and supporting maintenance needs. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in property management software such as Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance; prepare monthly reports.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting, and rent roll accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions and lease renewals as needed.
• Lease apartments and conduct move-ins/move-outs and inspections.
• Assist with staff training on leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
