• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google platform.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts.
• Strong written and verbal communications; independent project leadership.
