Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) in the United States. The role focuses on protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while maximizing the living experience for residents through effective direction of operations.

You will lead onsite teams, manage leasing strategies, and ensure lease compliance while coordinating financial reporting and resident relations.

Qualifications

4 years’ experience in property management.
Knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations.
Proficient with Entrata software.
MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a positive, professional, client-oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
Strive for improvements in community performance to meet or exceed annual financial and operational goals.
Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
Develop operating income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
Analyze monthly financial statements including variances from budget and cash management.
