Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead projects independently and work with teams.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organization.
• Time management and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all community operations to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing and leasing.
• Develop income strategies and manage cash flow for the property.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain lease data, records, and management software input.
• Oversee revenues collection and documentation per lease obligations.
• Supervise on-site maintenance, office staff and leasing team.
• Manage resident relations and coordinate repairs and lease issues.
• Engage and monitor team training as required by Cardinal U.
