Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property team and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals. You will manage daily activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive leasing strategies to meet revenue targets.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and engage with clients/owners while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements across multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting; strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Employee champion. Manage team and perform employee evaluations.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis and management; invoicing management.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends and recommend improvements; keep informed of industry standards.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes.
• Client/Owner Management: conduct property tours and provide updates; contractor and vendor management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; report malfunctions; ensure maintenance standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Be curious about competitors; build relationships within the market.
• Other duties as assigned.
