RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead the onsite team, drive leasing performance, and protect the property's financial and physical condition. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and multi-family regulations.

The role emphasizes guest services, marketing, budgeting, and vendor management, with a focus on safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisor experience leading a team.
• Background in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing short/long-term marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis and management.
• Complete financial records, documents, and reports.
• Invoicing Management.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements.
• Lease enforcement process – inspections, evictions, collections, notifications.
• Client/Owner Management – conduct property tours and provide updates on property performance.
• Contractor and Vendor Management.
• Safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of property; report malfunctions and incidents.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Be curious about competitors by researching market and building relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
