Brookdale Senior Living in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator to plan and coordinate activities that foster connection and meaningful experiences for residents. You will build relationships and collaborate with staff to tailor programs to residents’ interests.

You will develop a monthly calendar with residents, partner with community leadership to host events, and may drive a community vehicle to extend engagement beyond the campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license; may need to obtain CDL depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar in partnership with residents and coordinates activities.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute special events.
• Plans meaningful resident engagement opportunities, possibly including driving a community vehicle.
