Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator in Wisconsin. The role focuses on building relationships with residents, planning monthly activity calendars, and coordinating special events with the community leadership team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; driving may be required depending on community needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar in partnership with residents based on shared interests.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes special events with the community leadership team.
• Schedules meaningful resident engagement activities outside the community, including potential community vehicle use.
• Maintains a person-centered approach to foster relationships and connections among residents.
