Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service, administration, or operations management.
• Experience in community association management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks, events, and communications for the community.
• Respond to resident and stakeholder inquiries promptly via in-person, phone, and email.
• Track operational concerns, coordinate with vendors, and maintain records.
• Assist with community meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized community files and documentation.
