Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Executive Director for Jasper in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will lead a small, high-impact team overseeing community operations, governance, engagement, communications, amenities, and financial performance.

You will collaborate with developers, residents, boards, and Cohere teams to bring the Jasper vision to life while setting direction and executing day-to-day tasks with urgency and care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in community-based organizations, nonprofit management, community operations, governance, or related environments.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with boards of directors and developer partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site team and all aspects of community operations, governance, engagement, communications, amenities, and service delivery.
• Develop teams, set expectations, and create systems for strong community operation.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence within the community and lead by example.
• Build trust and partner with developers, residents, and boards to advance community priorities.
