Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, administration or operations experience.
• Experience coordinating meetings and with committees or volunteers.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic community management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities, events, mailings, and reports.
• Respond to resident inquiries via in person, phone, or email with timely follow-up.
• Track operational concerns, liaise with vendors, and maintain records.
• Support community meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate community records and documentation.
