The position emphasizes service, responsiveness, and collaboration with leadership to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in customer service and administration, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, personable approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, administration, and/or operations management.
• Community association management experience preferred, with knowledge of governance, amenities, and HOA operations a plus.
• Experience coordinating meetings and working with committees, volunteers, or other stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities, special projects, community events, correspondence, and mass mailings.
• Respond to resident inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Track operational concerns, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and maintain records of communications and resolutions.
• Assist with community meetings, operational reports, presentations, and other administrative needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate community records, files, and documentation.
