Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a Lifestyle Support Coordinator for 500 Brickell, a high-rise community in Miami. This role acts as the primary on-site support to the Lifestyle Coordinator, ensuring daily operations, resident experience, and event readiness are delivered with hospitality standards.

You will assist with Front Desk coverage, amenity oversight, and coordination with Security, Housekeeping, and Vendors, while maintaining organized records and proactive follow-ups to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property management, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with KWIC, Canva, cameras, access control or building tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-in-command operational support to the Lifestyle Coordinator.
• Assist with resident experiences, events, and hospitality standards.
• Support Front Desk, Receiving, Security, Maintenance, and housekeeping coordination.
• Maintain task lists, trackers, and generate weekly reports for leadership.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, payroll follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Support violations, incidents, and administrative follow-up processes.
