Job summary

OneWall Communities in Little Rock, AR is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our property and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager, handle work orders, rent questions, and maintain open communication with residents and staff while upholding policy enforcement and hosting community events.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 3 years property management or administrative support experience
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Fair Housing Certificate or knowledge of fair housing laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property software
• Able to work weekends and some holidays
• Effective communication with owners, residents, and staff

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Process resident work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Process resident rent questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in vendor relationship management as necessary.
• Maintain open communication with Property Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist in planning resident functions and host events as directed.
• Enforce community policies.
• Ensure maintenance repairs are handled by following up weekly.
• Post rents in resident accounts using property management software.
• Manage delinquency with the Property Manager, including noting in the system and court filings
