Job summary

OneWall Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of their designated communities, maximize occupancy, and drive value across the portfolio. You will lead a on-site team, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance, rent collections, lease administration, marketing, and safety programs while building resident retention through events and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5 years related experience in property management.
• Minimum 5 years property management experience.
• On-site leasing experience and supervisory capability preferred.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, capital improvements, rent collections, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing on-site team.
• Maintain records of all community transactions and submit timely reports.
• Assist in annual property management budget development.
• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing losses.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are accurate and input into software systems.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety per OSHA standards.
• Develop resident retention programs and community events.
• Maintain community appearance and oversee service requests to maintenance.
