Job summary

Block Multifamily Group in Springdale, AR is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily property operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and lead the onsite team in the Community Manager’s absence.

You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations, manage accounts receivable and payable, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure consistent, high-quality community standards across property operations. Weekend availability is required at most properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management systems and financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and assist the Community Manager.
• Lead onsite team and ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist with leasing activities and renewals.
