Universe Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and resident engagement across our portfolio in Los Angeles. You’ll create content, coordinate events, and help build a positive resident experience.

You’ll manage social media, property websites, and review profiles, and develop marketing materials for events and communications across communities. A strong candidate enjoys writing, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media, communications, event coordination, or a related field.
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and Google Business Profile or Google Reviews.
• Ability to create polished content and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Good judgment and a professional, courteous approach to online reviews and resident communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Property management, residential real estate, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage social media, property websites, Google Business Profiles, and Yelp profiles.
• Plan and publish content highlighting communities, amenities, events, and resident experiences.
• Develop resident communications and marketing materials including event announcements and brochures.
• Coordinate resident events and welcome gifts for new employees.
• Monitor Google reviews and share feedback internally.
• Coordinate photo shoots and content filming to refresh marketing materials.
• Administer the leasing CRM and manage internet listing services and ad packages.
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, vendors, and brand across channels.
