Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a Marketing Coordinator to lead resident programming and events across our apartment communities. You will drive creative activations, manage calendars, and secure partnerships to deliver a compelling lifestyle experience beyond the four walls.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and budget-minded event execution in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event coordination or marketing.
• Ability to plan multiple events across locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident programming and events across the TRG portfolio.
• Develop and maintain monthly programming calendars for each property.
• Identify programming opportunities across properties to scale concepts.
• Track program performance using KPIs such as attendance and engagement.
• Evolve programming based on feedback, trends, and priorities.
• Manage venue setup, vendors, catering, A/V, staffing, and registration.
• Develop run-of-show documents, briefs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to confirm logistics and duties.
• Ensure events reflect TRG brand voice and resident experience objectives.
• Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships to enhance programming.
