Pinnacle Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing with planning and executing communications and events. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, preparing proposals and presentations, and assisting with social media and brand awareness efforts.

The position entails a blend of administrative duties and marketing support to help drive engagement across residents and the community, with some flexibility for weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with time in executive assistant/secretarial roles.
• A four year degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, positive environment for residents and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks: letters, reports, records, calendar management, scheduling.
• Assist Marketing Plan as directed by Director of Marketing.
