Windsor Buckhead in Atlanta, GA seeks a Community Manager to lead property operations and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. The role collaborates with Sales Leadership, Support Services Hub, and Service Team to coordinate financial management, building quality, and retention efforts.

Key focus areas include risk and crisis management, safeguarding community reputation, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive growth across Windsor Communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum two years in property management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Experience in budgets and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Model and instill the company’s mission, vision, and values in all associates
• Supervise Resident Services position and Service Manager directly and Service Team indirectly
• Set short-term and long-term performance goals with direct report associates to achieve benchmarks
• Conduct bi-weekly all associate operations and sales meetings to provide feedback and guidance
• Partner with Learning & Development to ensure onboarding, training, Fair Housing and annual compliance
• Develop strategies to control expenditures, achieve budgeted revenue, and outperform sub-market peers
• Oversee procurement decisions, vendor selections, and invoice processing per policy
• Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing resident concerns promptly
• Maintain a high-quality living environment for residents
• Oversee resident appreciation events and renewal program management
• Assist at other Windsor Communities as directed by Divisional Manager
• Perform additional assignments as directed
