• Model and instill company mission, vision, and values across associates.
• Supervise Resident Services and Service Team.
• Set short- and long-term performance goals for staff.
• Lead bi-weekly operations and sales meetings.
• Manage onboarding and annual compliance training.
• Develop strategies to control expenditures and achieve revenue targets.
