Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking an experienced property management professional for the Assistant Manager role at Sunset Vine Tower, a 64-unit community in Los Angeles. The position requires Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–6pm, with duties including supervising in the Community Manager's absence and supporting team training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience and ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic math for discounts, percentages, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Community Manager in the manager's absence.
• Assist in staff training and scheduling.
• Review rent recommendations to maximize income.
• Collect rent and enforce collection policies, including notices and court filings.
• Maintain move-in/out files and update property software.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports with the property manager.
• Resolve resident and applicant conflicts.
• Follow company policies and handbooks.
