Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests politely and efficiently.
• Collect rents, oversee audits for evictions, skips, and move-outs, and assess occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move-ins/outs and renewals; enter data into property management software.
• Oversee renter’s insurance processes and deposits; process applications for future residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and current market conditions.
