Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property.

The role emphasizes customer service, reporting, lease processes, marketing outreach, and maintaining occupancy. Ideal candidates have customer service experience and at least 6 months in property management with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audits, evictions, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during evictions as needed.
• Finalize move-in/out and renewals files; enter data in software.
• Oversee resident renter's insurance procedures.
• Collect deposits and process applications for new residents.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Maintain contacts with apartment locators and local businesses for materials.
