Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Associate to manage resident accounts, renewals, and revenue enforcement within our rental communities. You will be the primary contact for lease transactions and help maintain high resident satisfaction.

Key duties include move-in/out processing, collecting payments, enforcing policies, coordinating lease renewals, and supporting cross‑community relocation opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse resident base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to secure renewals and upsell.
• Experience with collections, evictions or fee assessments.
• Resolve complaints using independent judgment and options.
• Interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Adapt to changing priorities and unscheduled interactions.
• Computer proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and address concerns.
• Manage move-in/move-out and eviction processes, including inspections and notices.
• Maintain tenant ledger and track revenue/expenses for each lease.
• Enforce community policies and educate residents about policies.
• Provide timely information about events, programs and initiatives.
• Support lease renewals and cross-community relocation opportunities.
• Organize materials, report defects, and spot-clean as needed.
• Answer phones, file maintenance, data entry, and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
