Job summary

Cardinal Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Resident Services Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure a safe and well-maintained community, and foster positive tenant relations.

You will answer calls, greet prospective residents, oversee lease processes, renewals, and coordinate resident events with the Leasing and Marketing Team, onsite with occasional evening/weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience in a community setting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guarantors, and vendors.
• Serve as liaison between residents and property management.
• Greet prospective tenants, qualify needs, present property features, and close leases.
• Oversee renewal campaigns and maintain accurate renewal reports.
• Support planning of resident events and maintain records and reports.
