Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
• Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction.
• Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files.
• Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards.
