Job summary

GL Partners Management (GLPM) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our Redland, OR community. This onsite, full-time role emphasizes hospitality, rapid engagement with prospective residents, and driving occupancy through thoughtful tours and follow-up.

You will nurture relationships, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and collaborate with the onsite team to uphold community standards and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for people, hospitality and positive experiences.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct sales conversations.
• Capable of working independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and care.
• Build strong resident relationships to support retention and community satisfaction.
• Contribute to occupancy goals through follow-up and sales execution.
• Maintain lease documents, CRM activity, and resident files.
• Partner with onsite team to support daily operations and standards.

This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
• Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction
• Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience
• Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files
• Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences
• Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus
