GLPM is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our onsite team in Redland, OR. This role focuses on hospitality-driven resident experiences and strong relationship-building to drive occupancy and retention.

The position is full-time and on-site with weekends required, offering competitive hourly pay plus robust leasing commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Entrata or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and care.
• Build strong resident relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
• Contribute to occupancy goals through follow-up and sales execution.
• Maintain accurate lease docs, CRM activity, and resident files.
• Partner with onsite team to support daily operations and standards.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences
• Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
• Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus
