Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff for smooth move-ins.
• Maintains thorough rental files and enters data accurately.
• Prepares and oversees signing of leases by new residents.
• Completes monthly administrative tasks and organizes paperwork.
• Interacts professionally with residents to resolve issues.
