The role also involves assisting current residents with day-to-day issues and coordinating lease renewals, acting as a central link among residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be team-oriented and professional in appearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident
