Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries at our communities.

You will interact with current residents, process applications, and maintain lease files while upholding Fair Housing standards and delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a professional image, with at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional presentation.
• Ability to work on a team and contribute to a positive culture.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and promote the property’s products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing leads and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitors.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review according to Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident, including addendums and forms.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Document all interactions clearly and timely.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease term.
• Address resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up.
