Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and support renewals, ensuring strong occupancy and revenue. You will drive traffic, coordinate tours, and maintain high service standards across the community.

The role requires lead management, CRM proficiency, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement while upholding Greystar's professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years sales/marketing/customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Mathematical skills for sales conversions.
• Ability to generate leads, present, qualify, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and move‑in packages.
• Record applicant information at move‑in and follow up within 24 hours.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design events and marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on‑site property management software to track availability and CRM data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and coordinate maintenance.
• Support lease renewals and execute renewal packages as required.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Attend events and network to generate referrals and new leads.
• Prepare reports and assist with the Lifestyle Coordinator as needed.
