Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the San Diego area. You will market the community, respond to leads, and conduct tours to close leases while delivering outstanding customer service. You will also support marketing efforts and explain lease terms to applicants.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and knowledge of housing laws. Regular move-in coordination and resident relations are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-facing experience in Retail/Hospitality is valued.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management software and Google Suite preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales leads and share information on availability, pricing, location and amenities.
• Schedule and conduct community tours and work to close leases.
• Support marketing efforts and online presence for the community.
• Explain lease provisions and community policies; coordinate move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents and process payments; oversee move-in procedures.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm.
