Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to support property operations, show and lease apartments, and handle tenant needs. This role emphasizes customer service, maintenance coordination, and accurate record keeping.

You will work with tenants and staff to maintain grounds, process applications, deposits, move-ins, renewals, and rent collections, while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience required.
• Experience with property maintenance and basic handyman tasks.
• Knowledge of using common hand tools.
• Ability to maintain logs and records with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents and colleagues.
• Familiarity with rental applications and screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and property grounds.
• Prepare units for occupancy and show.
• Perform leasing duties such as completing applications, collecting deposits, and assists with the move in and renewal process.
• Collect delinquent rents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints.
