Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry seeking a Resident Services Specialist to support property operations and leasing activities.

The role involves maintaining property grounds, preparing units for occupancy, showing apartments, and handling leasing tasks including applications and deposits, while addressing resident requests and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate various hand tools.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and accurately maintain required logs and records.
• A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge of required application information, screening processes, and policies regarding rentals.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Resident Services Specialist!

Responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property building and grounds in a supportive role as well as showing and leasing apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents.

Compensation: Full-Time $ 24.00 to $ 26.00 per hour
