Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Chandler, AZ to be the first impression for residents. You will conduct tours, close leases, explain community features, and help meet leasing, retention and occupancy goals while delivering friendly, proactive customer service.

You will showcase amenities, coordinate with team members, renewals, and prospect follow-up, plan resident events, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales or customer service and be able to close leases.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs and drive occupancy.
• Maintain renewal and retention efforts with a customer-focused approach.
• Support marketing efforts and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events and maintain accurate records.
