Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking an Leasing Consultant in Florida to support leasing, retention and occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional resident experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and prior leasing or property management experience is advantageous.

You will greet prospects, present property features, process applications, and assist with renewals as part of a team focused on service and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for residents, employees and vendors.
• Excellent attendance is a requirement of the position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• YARDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present features and benefits of the property.
• Process leasing applications in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain active guest cards and follow up until a resident selects a home.
• Inspect models and market readies to ensure quality appearance.
• Oversee lease renewals and occupancy through regular reporting.
