You will tour communities, present available homes, and respond to resident requests, ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with property management concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in the property management industry is preferred.
• Proficient user of email, Internet and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to leasing and operations manuals and company policies.
• Answer the phone and greet clients.
• Tour and lease apartments; sell community products and services.
• Manage leasing process from introduction to occupancy; prepare leases.
