Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants for suitability.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents with move-in and address inquiries promptly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and special reports for management.
• Plan resident events and uphold fair housing and company policies.
