Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, retention, and occupancy goals at a multi‑family community. You’ll be the property’s sales representative, providing an exceptional resident experience and building relationships with prospective and current residents.

Key duties include tours, paperwork, market awareness, and coordinating resident activities with the Property Manager. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for residents, employees, and vendors.
• Prior leasing/property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and YARDI or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present property features and benefits.
• Adhere to Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and multi‑family laws.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain resident files.
