Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist future residents to ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Conduct property tours and participate in marketing events.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/special reports for management.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
