Job summary

The Leasing Consultant role at The RMR Group is a customer-centric position focused on leasing, retention and occupancy goals for a multi-family community. The role emphasizes relationship-building, event planning, and flexible daily support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, presenting property features, maintaining resident files, processing applications, and supporting reports and move-ins/outs under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present property features and benefits.
• Conduct leasing in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process leasing applications and manage guest cards.
• Oversee lease renewals to optimize occupancy.
• Plan and coordinate resident events with the Property Manager.
• Assist with daily reporting and resident communications.
