Job summary

Camden is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while promoting community features and handling renewals. The role demands strong communication, relationship building, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

You will support occupancy goals, participate in events, and use Microsoft Office tools daily. Some weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Inspect units to ensure a great move-in experience.
• Showcase community features based on customer needs.
• Use a customer-focused attitude to ensure smooth renewals.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to support occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with team members to plan resident events.
• Be prepared for long hours, varied schedules, and travel as needed.
