Job summary

Bryten is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join The Livingston community. You will greet residents and guests, lead property tours, and guide prospective tenants from initial inquiry through move-in. Your role ensures a smooth leasing process with timely documentation and responsive service.

You will maintain accurate files, support marketing efforts, uphold Fair Housing standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan) preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly and professionally.
