Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Tucson community. You will be the welcoming face for prospective and current residents, guiding them from inquiry through move-in while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams to meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have leasing or related field experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with property-management software. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person and by phone/online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and related docs accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through exceptional service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure clean, well-maintained community.
